Is the Catholic Church Stepping Up to Help West Papua?

With East Timor the Catholic Church was one of the key groups that pressured the Australian Government into freeing East Timor.

The Catholic Church through the pacific islands has been lobbying for West Papua's freedom for quite some time. And now, with thanks to Anthony Craig, we're seeing the Catholic Church in Australia getting more interested in West Papua.
